Danny is the owner of the marketing consultancy DRC and is the ex-Chair of the Market Research Society (2016-18). He works with organisations to improve all aspects of their Customer Experience by efficiently using insight, data and analytics.
He has held a variety of senior roles across different industries with Sky, Boots, Kraft, British Airways, PaddyPower and O2.
Through his own consultancy, he has worked with small and large businesses including Eir, 21st Century Fox, The Economist, MetTel, Ladbrokes, Vodafone and Metro Bank.
