Simon started his life as a Recruiter, gaining experience in Perm & Contract Recruitment and then Exec Search before moving into MSP and RPO solutions.
Today, he’s part of IBMs Talent & Transformation practice and spends his time working with clients to help their Talent Acquisition teams deliver greater value to their businesses. He’s based in London, and love sports, food and socialising.
