Interesting UK job data out today showing Number of Job vacancies still high, combined with very low unemployment.

Expect to see wage inflation creep up (depending on Brexit outcome) as competition for limited amount of candidates continues to increase.

Will also see employers having to find new sources of candidates, and increasing their media reach to attract more applicants.

Additionally, increased use of automation technology to improve employee efficiency as it becomes easier (and cheaper) to get more from existing people by improving productivity using tech rather than hiring.
